The Systemic Leadership Toolkit is a practical resource that is closely based on The Search for Leadership. It comes as an A4 paperback and contains 3 things:

1. A full set of self-assessment questionnaires that you can (and should) be using in your organisation. Getting answers to these questions will help you work out how your organisation thinks about leadership - what it does well and what it does poorly. However well you think you know your organisation, the answers will probably surprise you.
2. Detailed information on how to interpret the questionnaire results and suggestions and advice on what and how to change. This is a complete implementation guide.
3. A brief introduction to Systemic Leadership (so Toolkit users don't all need to read The Search for Leadership - though it'll be very difficult to use the Toolkit unless one of you has read the book).
